USS is a must-go if you're in Singapore or happen to drop by there. Or on vacation or what.
I actually spent the whole day. The Whole Day, there!

Happened to be, I actually took a ride on the highest duo roller coaster in the world !
Yes, I was mad. & I was not in a proper condition, where I got hypotized by Aida. Hahah
Well,it's unusual for me to actually took a ride on it.
In the end, as expected, I was stunned & stumbled.
I couldn't move for the first few minutes as I was very very 'impressed' with myself. & of course, the roller coaster. -.-"

Well, too many things to be discovered.
I assure you to actually go there, & experience it yourself! :)

It's Moan-day! Err, I mean Monday.

How's it for me ? Err. Not good enough.
Nevertheless, I'm grateful. :)

I had an appoinment with a doctor of mine today.
& it's kinda bothering me.
Oowh. First of all, I'm not sick. Hehe
I'm perfectly, err, almost perfectly fine & healthy.

So, here we go.

I'm a dentistry student in a university some where in Indonesia. Well, Surabaya to be specific. :) & obviously, I'm Malaysian. Hee

Okay. Anyhoo, I'm meeting this doctor of mine to complete my thesis, which is one of the requirement & condition in order for me to grad & be a dentist.
Well, this meet up & thesis thing, kinda making me nervous. Cuz, I was told that, these doctors, that will be guiding me are..are..hmm.
Let's not comment on that. Leave it that way. Hee

Well, just now, was my first 'meet' with my doc. & guess what ?!
Alhamdulillah. It turn out good !

hahah *gelak stress.
but pernah jugak tulisan saya besar. mase mase muda muda dulu laa. hee which is mase nak exam besar. seperti ; upsr, pmr, spm.
itu pun cik ibu paksa.
ibu cakap, nnt penanda kertas exam tu stress, tak nampak tulisan, gaduh dgn boyfriend ke, tengok paper awak tak boleh nak baca, lagi laa bertambah stress.
end up nanti paper awak jadi mangsa : dapatla markah 'best'. hee
so, okay la, alasan ibu munasabah la.
& everytime nak exam je, kena practice okay tulis besar besar.tau tak anda, tulis besar tu penat ? & bazir ink ? acecece. bazir benda lain takpe! ;P
tapi mmg stress everytime nak exam.sbb nak kena tulis bsr & cepat.

only Allah knows how worried my parents were & still are.

good to know that things in Mansoura isn't that bad & getting better.

but they are still being cautious over almost everything.

& from far, i just hope my sister & her friends can go back & get home safely.

praying hard that Allah will always protect them & be there for them.

& hopefully government will as soon as possible, take actions on this issue.

Aisha is a friend of mine, aka my batchmate in Surabaya & she's a doctor gonna be.

well, atleast in 3 years time. hehe.

we were very very shocked indeed after hearing a news that she's gonna be back in Malaysia, a month ago to get engaged. a pretty shocking news.

what even more surprising, she told us that she'll be getting married a month after that which was yesterday.

despite this shocking news, i have to admit that we were pretty excited & definitely happy for her !

& yesterday was her big day.

looking at her, i know she's very very happy !

last two days pergi wedding orang sini. :D

oowh. this is my very first time,

attending local's wedding.

here in Surabaya. :)

the wedding is not much different from ours.

still got canopy, food, people & of course, the brides ! :)

but but but.

still there's here & there.

they have like canopy over here.while we have canopies. got what i mean?

&& they don't have Nasi Minyak for wedding.

but still, great food over here.

&& they don't have Tepung Tawar over here.

like we do.

they brides just sit on the Pelamin itself & take pictures & guest just got onto the Pelamin when they're about to leave. & take pictures some more. :)

& they had veryyy classy Javanese style wedding over here.

you can see, they still keep those Javanese touch in every detail of the wedding.

like Java Batik, the deco & others :)

guys will be wearing those thing on their head, which i have no idea what it is call.

like we Malays, guys will be wearing Tanjak.

a journey to Bandung where Malaysian students all over Indonesia, gathered to have this one event.

it was fun & we had lotsa fun ( except for SUNBURN, INJURIES & *ehem TRAIN ),

we stayed at UPI which stands for Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia

& it all started with a welcoming dinner for everyone.

eventhough it was yesterday, only now i manage to write.

we had celebration yesterday.

makan makan in the morning & followed by bbQ session at night.

it was a very simple yet nice occation.

but one thing that i note.

it was not the same when i first celebrated it here.two years ago.

which is more merrier.

oowh yea. how can i forget. most of my seniors are back already in Malaysia.

& some of them are in their clinical years.

which left us the middle seniors here since the juniors went back as well.

in the name of Merciful Allah, i'm still standing here.

what happen yesterday, really make me realize, how precious our life is...

it was 4 o'clock in the evening. i started the car engine.my sister walked & got into the car.

the other one was still with my aunts & uncles.laughing.shaking hands.hand full with 'duit raya'.

she walked into the car as well.the three of us were in the same car.

i looked on my right.

another car.my dad was still talking to my uncle.through the car window.

they shook hands.as a sign of making ways to the next house.

another two sisters of mine.& my mum were in the car.

i changed my sight.infront of me.red iswara.

my uncle's family.

these three cars convoyed to my hometown.since it's raya.

i waited for them to make a move.

we chatted in the car.

til my dad make the move.
to the next house.

omg.the road were full with cars.

not so many.but my goodness.the speed make them look more than the actual number.

i have to make a turn.to go to the another house.it's about 10minutes journey before i reached my grandma sister's house.

oowh yes. the cars.

fast.too fast...

we said a little prayers as usual.

10 minutes later..

we reached there.

in order to really get there, we have to make cross a junction.

from my car, i can already see them.

my cousins.my aunts.my uncles.

those small ones..
they were running & chasing one another.

oowh.i almost made it.this is the first time i drove this far.

but the road was too busy.the cars were speeding like mad.

i thought 'kampung' don't have this kind of traffic.

well, my uncle & my dad crossed the junction.

oowh shoot.i got left behind.couldn't make it.the cars were speeding..

'right after this red car, ika.it should be okay.the next car is still far behind'.said my sister.

looking at the car, i agreed with her.

waiting..

&waiting..

okay.

red car passed by.& this is it.
bismillah.
here we go!

i crossed.the coming car was still far.

okay, this should be okay.

oowh shoot! there's a hole!

i turned the steering to avoid from getting into the hole & tried to make it.
but..!

BANGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!

i was blur.very very blur indeed.

i don't know what to do. i heard my aunt's screaming.

from what i could still remember, i saw..

my dad, my mum & my uncles ran towards our car.

i saw so many people pulled over.

i was very very shocked.

i don't know what to do.

my uncle asked me to unlock the door.

i did.& he asked my sisters & i to get out from the car.

i listened to him. i was like a hypnotized person.

just listen & couldn't think.

i don't even pulled the hand break nor i stopped the car properly.

i was very shocked.& i was shivering.

i got out from the car.& as i stood on the ground, i felt really weak.

it's like my legs couldn't bear to support my body.

my knees were shivering.i lost my sight for a while.

my mum grabbed me, & brought me to the side.my sisters were crying.traumatized.

& from far, i could see them argued.
the driver blamed me & my uncles blamed him.

the coming car didn't even slow down the car.instead, he tried to change the lane.
expecting me to make it through.
but luck was not in our side..

his front part of his car was a total wrecked.

mine, on the other hand, a minor damaged at the back tyre.but still, my car couldn't move anymore.unlike his.

i looked at my sisters.no one bleeds.no bruises.

alhamdulillah.

i looked at myself.none as well.it just my right hand & head were hardly bang to the the door.

luckily i put on my seatbelt.

after a while, we went to the police station to make a report.

both side has been fined.
my car has been brought to the workshop & the driver make his way back home.

but most of all, i thanked God so much for still giving me this chance to stay alive.

i think twice.

there were so many possibilties that might happen after being knocked down by the car.

too many possibilities.

but He still give us chances.
if this is not because His mercy,
i won't be here anymore.
writing.& telling you guys this.
thank you ya Allah..

Syukran ya Allah...

this has been one of the unforgettable moment of my life.

& this incident has teached me lessons.

to be more careful.

& eventhough, at first, i refused to get on the car.

& eventhough, i still had this incident keep on running in my head.

i still praised Allah & be grateful of this good health He gave.& still giving.

this is a true story of me on the 2nd day of Syawal.which was yesterday.

be more careful. & don't take anyone, including yourself, for granted.

for me, i'm still traumatized.but i won't just stop here.
& i thanked Allah for still giving me chance to grab my dreams.

what i had, might sound simple compare to what we've heard or watched on TVs.
but for me, this is huge.

they are both my seniors in FKG. ( Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi aka Dentistry) & they finally completed their studies.

& i bet, they are busy packing right now.hehe.

well. they must be

so relieved.

5-long-years in Surabaya. the pressure. not only in studies.but also in life.in daily routine life.

more than a senior.

that's what they are. as i told earlier, they are my kakak.

the one i share with. not only about studies.

but about life too..

i've known them for two years. & along those years..they have been so nice to me.

making me part of them, makes me feel blessed.

we laugh together, we cry together. we advise one another. we listened. we shared.

we went for go kart. holidays. malls of course. penyet-ing. sleepover.swimming & etc etc etc...

& they have been so supporting. they actually teaches me a lot on what's important in Dentistry.

& the best part is..they never treat me like a junior.

they treat me like a friend.

like a sister..which i'm so blessed to have them as friends.

Goodbyes are hard to say.

cos along those words, there are droplets of tears that will comes along.

thank you for the memories, for each & every doings, for each & every advise, for everything.

I'm so gonna miss the two of you. so much..

looking back, it has been 4 years since i left school.
my hot-to-go-aumm school.
all girl school that is located in the heart of KL.
ohh.
how much i miss school.
the classrooms.the hall.the stage.the canteen.tennis court.field.ohhh..
and out of all.the people.
the one that has been accompanying me for five-bittersweet-years.
with those white top, blue long skirt, school bagde, name tag, pony-tail hair, short nails, school socks, white shoes..

i still remember the first day of high school.which is 9 years ago.
we were so happy that we're in the same class.
ear-to-ear smile. :)
well, out of the 8 classes, we're the 'naughtiest'.
haha.
troublesome us.naughty.loud.everything.

one weird thing.
all of us are the same. & we're in the same classroom.
muahaha.
sorry teachers for the mischievous things we've done. *wink*

that is when we're in the lower form aka before PMR.
after that, we're divided into streams & classes.
everyone separated.
but we still met one another during recess.
ohh my.
still.we're the loudest.full with giggles.jokes.smiles.happy faces.

& now, what i can do, is just reminisce those happy moments.
wanting those days back is one impossible thing to do.
but, you can always keep up the friendship that you've made.
still, our friendship last till today.
it has been 9 years since we've known one another.
& some are just more than 10 years.
i hope, this will last forever & ever, for i hate losing any one of you.

Friends are easy to get. but those who are really sincere of becoming one, the one who's willing to share & listen. to give & take. to hear & advise, to cry & smile, are just one in millions.

it was one memorable one as before and it comfort me so much till droplets runs through my cheeks as the time to go back comes.
well.hold the sad part.
its mumbo-jumbo part we are going to talk about.

first, met this two beloved person of mine.

but..biarlah.i miss KLCC okay!

we had Nasi Ayam for lunch & watched Spy Next Door.

met fellow Surabaya-ians.my kakaks & abgs.

we went on the Hop On Hop Off Bus.
which runs thoroughly KL.
aaaaa.feel like tourist.haha
& so, we met at KL Sentral at 11am as our very first pit stop.

taking picta is a must! credits to kak iman. ;)

& from there we went Hop-On-Hop-Off-ing,
thorough KL. we went to Istana Budaya, Tmn Tasik Titiwangsa, crossed Lake Garden, Star Hill, Central Market, Chinatown & others.

& that ends around 7 pm.we hopped off to our very last stop which was back to KL Sentral again.
it was tiring though but i enjoyed it so muchh! ;)
& now only i know, after being a KL citizen for more than 20 years, there's still things i don't know about KL. hehe.

i went paintball-ing with Mr Hamster's sis, Sis Wawa & friends.hehe.
it's near by my house actually.
Isi Rimba Paintball Centre, Kemensah.
it was sooo fun. ooo.& the gun.its soo heavy!
they called it as the marker. ;P
suffered muscle pain the next morning.haha.

yesterday was Dec, 15th, 2009.
which happen to be my 20th birthday.

i was so happy yesterday!
thanks to those who texts & wishing me on my birthday.
&& super duper thanks to people that made my night yesterday.
seriously, i was sooo surprised.
im shocked!
i couldn't explain my feeling that moment.
it was so beautiful.
starting with the icy blue thingy, the Jco donuts cake, penang village & my birthday cake!
awwwwwww..

thank you to my beautiful kakaks & their partners & awak for this.
i was soo touched.indeed.soo touched by it.
despite of hectic schedule, 7am-3pm classes, tons of notes waiting to be read..
you guys still spare some time for this.

you all made my night!

this is me.& my turquoise kebaya. :)

hehe.this is the kebaya that i bought for last 'eid fitri.this year 'eid fitri.this is an Indonesian Traditional Kebaya. ;)
i bought this at JMP : Jembatan Merah Plaza, Surabaya, Indonesia.
oooo..forgot to tell you.!im Malaysian & proud to be one.& im just here for education. ;)

this kebaya was supposed to be one of my raya collection.
unfortunately,it doesn't fit me.it was too big.& i couldn't find any way other than to wait for raya to end & alter it.
right after raya, we we're having a sports carnival in Malang, Indonesia which were joined by us,the SURABAYAian students, the JOGJAs & the Malang people themselves. :)
later that night,we were having dinner & i decided to put this on!
&& here i am. ;)
hehehe.it's so true that kebaya over here are cheap yet best in quality!
& just imagine this doesn't cost you more than RM150! hehee. ;p
& the reason i chose turquoise is because im soo in LOVE with the colour!hehe.

ONE thing & it took me bowt 3hours to settle things up.

in Malaysia, we just sit back & relax while waiting for things to settle up.
like like..for example, bills.

yes.

phone, internet, credit card, electric & water bills.
by the end of the month, we're gonna receive the bills & pay up.
over here, unfortunately they aren't.
you're the one who's gonna find what's the amount, & where ur gonna pay it, & when.
its soo complicated n tiring!
i mean, c'mon!
& if u ignore it or dun even noe bowt it..
